Mobile App - Downloading

When you are ready to download your design from your mobile device, tap on the "Download" icon button at the top of the screen.

Select the file type you would like to use for the download file from the pop-up options. Based on your file type selection, you will see the following options:

📝 PDF Download Options

You will see the same download options here which are available in the desktop version of Corjl (see the Download Options article for more information). This includes: Paper Size, Page numbers, Show Bleed/Trim Marks, and Fit Multiples Per Page.

🖼️ All Other File Types

Depending on the item or seller, you may be able to choose other file download options, such as JPEG, PNG, or SVG. All of these formats will have the same Show Bleed, Show Trim Marks, and page selection options as PDF downloads.

🧭 Locating Your Download File

After selecting the file type and options, tap the Next button to download the file.

On the next screen, you can choose two options:

Have the file sent to you by email. If emailing the file, type in your email address in the field labeled Email (found at the top of the screen) then tap Send download link to email.
Download the file directly to your mobile device by tapping the Download to device button.

🚨 Please note: The download location is different for every phone or mobile device. For example, Android phones usually have a Downloads folder where you can find your Corjl download. iPhones have a built-in app called Files to store downloaded files, which you can search for and then open to locate your downloaded files. If unsure, we recommend emailing yourself the download file.
