🧾 Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is included in:
- Your Corjl Prints order confirmation email
- Your shipping confirmation email (once shipped)
If you can’t find it, send us the email used during checkout and we’ll look it up for you.
🚚 How do I check the status of my shipment?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
If you didn’t receive a tracking email:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Search your inbox for “Corjl Prints” or “Your order has shipped”.
- If still missing, contact support and we’ll resend it.
⏱️ How long does printing and shipping take?
Processing + shipping times vary by product type and location:
Standard Production Time
- Most items: 2-3 business days (2-4 during holidays).
Standard Shipping (U.S.):
Time varies, depending on the shipping method.
Rush upgrades (when available) will be shown at checkout.
✏️ Can I change my design after I place the order?
You’ll receive three emails about your Corjl Prints order:
- Order Confirmation – sent immediately after purchase
- Production Notification – sent as soon as your order enters production
- Shipping Confirmation – sent once your order ships
If you need to make a change or cancel the order, please act as quickly as possible. Orders often move into production very fast — sometimes within minutes. Once you receive the production email, the order is locked in and can no longer be changed or canceled.
If your order has not gone into production yet, we may be able to help. Please:
- Contact support immediately with your order number
- Let us know what needs to be updated
If production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to pause or update the file before it moves forward.
🖼️ Why do I only see one thumbnail in my order confirmation?
Seeing only one thumbnail in your order confirmation is normal. Corjl Prints shows a preview of the first page only, even if your design has multiple pages or a front and back. This does not mean only one side was ordered — the full file you designed (all pages) is sent to production.
If you ever want to confirm the full file, feel free to contact support with your order number.
❌ Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
If your order is already printing or has shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.
📦 What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or poor quality?
We will help fix the issue quickly.

- A photo of the packaging (if damaged)
- A brief explanation of the problem
We will investigate and provide a reprint or refund when appropriate.
🔁 Can I request a reprint?
Yes—reprints are available in the following situations:
- Items arrived damaged
- The print quality is not correct
- The order is incorrect compared to your approved design
Customer-submitted design errors (misspellings, wrong dates, incorrect images, etc.) are not eligible for free reprints.
📮 My order was marked “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
Please do the following first:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Look for a delivery notice
- Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes mark packages early
