I never received the email from Corjl to access my order, what do I do?

If you're expecting a Corjl email to access your purchased template or digital product and haven’t received anything, don’t worry! This article will walk you through the steps to get access quickly.

🔍 Step 1: Check Your Email (Including Spam & Promotions)

The email from Corjl is automatically sent to the address you used at checkout—often within minutes of completing your purchase.

• Search for: "Corjl" in your inbox.
• Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders (especially if you use Gmail).

📦 Step 2: Verify Your Order Was Completed

If you're unsure whether your order went through:

• Check your order confirmation email from the shop or marketplace (like Etsy).
• Make sure the email address used during checkout is correct.

If the order hasn’t been processed yet, Corjl won’t have your info to send the access email.

🛠️ Step 3: Try Accessing Your Order Manually

Even if you didn’t receive the email, you can still access your order directly by visiting:

1. Click “Edit My Design” at the top of the page.
2. Follow the prompts to Sign Up or Log In using the email you used at checkout.
